Ashley always goes above and beyond for her patients and our unit. She does this by ensuring the patient is taken care of. She orders ARJO beds to protect patients skin and help with their mobility. She makes grief packs to help those in the grieving process. She will buy patients food when they ask for something special. She is always thinking of better ways to care for a patient.

Ashley also shows a helping hand when needed and will put herself behind on eating lunch to ensure everyone is taken care of. She will visit prior patients and bring them treats to brighten their day. Overall, Ashley displays dedication and commitment to making our unit and the profession of Nursing a better and more caring environment for our patients and coworkers.
