I am a HealthTrust nurse that travels all over the country. I have never in my 10 years met a more compassionate young nurse. Ashley had great rapport with all of her patients that she handed off to me. She explained the plan of care to all of them and listened when they asked questions. She sat down in each patient's room, had a conversation with the family members, and listened to their questions. She told each patient it was an honor to take care of him or her. She is a walking mission statement. I wish I could clone her. What a beautiful person, inside and out. I know this is for a DAISY Award, but I think Ashley is a rose.
