Ashley was very attentive to the needs of my grandmother on her shift. She made sure she was attended to every step of the way during her visit. She took the time (in detail) to explain what the next level of care would be for my grandmother. She made the whole family feel very welcome, answering each question that was asked and making us feel as if we were a part of her own family. She even stayed past her shift to assist with transporting her to the comfort care suite. She made sure we were taken care of before she left. We would like to recognize her because she demonstrates all the BJC Healthcare values of compassion, respect, excellence, and teamwork. She was truly an inspiration to us as we were preparing for the transition of life of our loved one.
