I was in the ER last week and I had the most lovely nurse. His name was Ashley, I have been thinking about him and I knew right away that he was a star.
Ashley was extremely compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was very sick and I hate hospitals. He put me at ease with his kind disposition, explained everything, and truly made me feel comfortable. He was wonderful! I loved how he used his own knowledge and skill, and then would consult with the ER doctor to make sure everything was on track for me. I felt extremely well cared for and in very capable hands. He was truly a gem as his whole demeanor, skill level and attitude were just excellent.
I actually returned to the ER a few days later, and while I still did have a good experience, Ashley really exceeded any expectations I had in terms of a nurse. HE WAS JUST EXCELLENT! The best I've ever experienced at Kaiser.
