Ashley is always available regardless of the time of day or day of the week. She has even responded within 15 minutes when I've needed a quick medical answer. Her position as nurse liaison for my several medical issues has provided rapid treatment processes when needed. She follows up on treatments to ensure appropriate responses. She is prompt to ensure I, as an LVAD patient, am cared for properly. Such as when she had my room changed from a non-LVAD floor to an LVAD floor prior to surgery within a very few hours. As an LVAD Coordinator, she is caring, professional, knowledgeable, and on point for all my care - and I'm sure that commitment carries through for all her patients. I consider her a blessing to me and all her patients and a true asset for AdventHealth.
