Ashley Etheridge, BSN, RN

Ashley Etheridge is a strong advocate for patients. She continually goes above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable and their wishes are known. One of the many examples happened a few weeks ago. Ashley had a patient who was going home with hospice and was placed on comfort measures. Due to specific requests by the patient and their family on how the process would go, Ashley advocated for the patient to provide these requests to the patient. She advocated for the patient's and family's wishes. I know at that time they were thankful for her and her kindness and flexibility in that situation; this brought them comfort in their final hours of life.
