Ashley Gilman, BSN, RN

On the previous shift, Ashley displayed compassion and caring while providing care to her patient. This patient and their family were trying to cope with the patient’s prognosis while deciding whether to choose hospice/palliative care. Ashley focused on meeting the family’s needs by staying in contact with the physician and case manager/social worker. She took an extended amount of time in listening to the family’s questions and concerns. Ashley provides constant dedication to her patients and their families.
