I would like to nominate the following nurse for the DAISY Award in recognition of her exceptional clinical skills, teamwork, empathy, and selflessness. She consistently demonstrates all the qualities and professionalism required to truly excel in her role. Over the past two years, she has served as my father’s care coordinator and has been a constant source of support. She is always reliable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything is handled correctly. Her dedication to her patients and their families is evident in the time and care she puts into her work. She embodies compassionate, patient-centered care, and I believe she deserves this recognition.
