Ashley embodies excellence in the clinical setting and has a strong intellect. She has earned respect from faculty and peers. Faculty see a consistent and quiet strength in her contributions that are impressive - it will serve her and her patients well!  This student's preceptor shared that she was the best student he every precepted! Although the unit was extremely intense, this student integrated well into the team and displayed excellent nursing judgment. Ashley contributed thoughtfully to online and in class discussions. She was quick to remember groups that are underrepresented and advocate for those without a voice.
