Ashley has recently cared for two very critically ill patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. She provided great care and compassion to both family and patient. While being extremely compassionate she also excelled in her critical thinking skills. She was always cognizant of the change in patient condition and kept the families informed. She formed a special bond with both family and patient. She truly exemplifies a great critical care nurse.
