From the beginning of Ashley introducing herself to the time her shift ended, she was the best nurse I’ve ever had. Her compassion and concern towards me were above and beyond. When I got frustrated about a situation that happened during surgery and she helped calm me down and expressed her empathy while still being professional. When I had to go back into emergency surgery, she reassured me I’d be ok and made me feel better, she explained things more in detail to me when others didn’t. I’ve never had such an amazing nurse and think she more than deserves this award. She paid the most attention to me and my needs than anyone else. She made my hospital stay better!
