Ashley Hagan, BSN, RN

I want to commend Ashley Hagan on the demonstration of exceptional compassion that she showed. At shift change, she came in and introduced herself and asked each family member our names and how they were related to my dad. Then, she walked over and bent down to my father's ear. She introduced herself and spoke to him. This act still brings tears to my eyes. I cannot thank Ashley enough for this gesture of including my dad in his care.
