Ashley has provided exceptional care for my grandpa during his time in the hospital. From the beginning, she demonstrated a strong commitment to understanding his needs and ensuring he was treated with respect and dignity. Her positive attitude stood out every day. No matter how busy or challenging the situation was, she maintained a calm, encouraging presence that made both my grandpa and our family feel more at ease. Even while he was on a ventilator and unable to speak, Ashley made sure he was kept informed. She took the time to explain each step of his care directly to him, making sure he understood what was happening and what to expect. That level of communication meant a great deal to us and helped him stay engaged in his own care despite the circumstances. Over time, Ashley became a familiar and friendly face for our family. We genuinely looked forward to seeing her when we visited because we knew my grandpa was in capable, attentive hands. Her consistency and professionalism gave us confidence during a very uncertain time. Ashley’s combination of skill, communication, and positivity is exactly what makes her deserving of the DAISY Award. We are truly grateful for the level of care she has provided.
