A knee surgery turned into an unanticipated hospital stay and Ashely's emotional and clinical support saw the patient and family through this difficult time. With Ashley's advocacy, she played a role in identifying a blood clot.
The family shared that Ashley's smile lasted 12 hours every day and that she took extra time to sit and listen to their concerns, alleviate their fears, and provide information and education.
She not only took care of the patient, but the family wrote that she took care of them too!
The patient said he was ready to have his other knee done if Ashely will be his nurse because he knows he will be in the BEST HANDS!
