Ashley Hummer, BSN, RN, CMSRN

Ashley is an exceptional nurse. She is very knowledgeable and my go-to person for clinical practice advice. She helped me with this specific patient; she got an IV. With her calm demeanor and her smile, she was incredible. She was able to calm the patient, and we were able to give the patient the treatment needed. She not only helped me with all of the care for this patient, but afterwards, she got the patient a drink from Starbucks, which absolutely made the patient's day! She collaborated in all the patient's care and was kind, caring, compassionate, and extraordinary. She went above and beyond, as she always does, not only for her patients but for all the patients she encounters. She is an example for me as a nurse and as a person. I feel privileged to be able to work alongside her and learn from her.
