Ashley is always loved by every patient and every patient's family member. She goes above and beyond in patient care. I have never heard a complaint about Ashley from anyone!
Just this week, she had a schizophrenic patient and went out of her way to bond and create a relationship so that the patient would feel comfortable and became compliant with other staff members.
Not only is Ashely a great caregiver, but also a great educator. She is the lead preceptor and is a great role model to learn from.
