Ashley Jorgensen, BSN, RN, RNC

Ashley was our night nurse on weekends. She went above and beyond for our daughter. This was such a hard time for my husband and me especially with 3 other girls at home. We wanted to be at both places but obviously couldn't be. Ashley made us feel at ease when our daughter was in her care and she was amazing with calling us with updates when we couldn't be here. I feel like we always had a lot of questions and she never once made us feel like we were bugging her or taking up her time and she always had answers for us! She was always on top of things and knew what she was doing! One big thing I will never forget is the day after we transferred to Children's I hadn't held my baby in a few days because of everything going on with her and her body needing to rest. Ashley went out of her way to allow me to hold her out from the bili lights and on my chest for a while. Little did I know emotionally and physically I needed this SO badly after everything we had been through in those few first days. I'm forever grateful for Ashley because of this!
