During one of the most challenging times for our family, Ashley stood out as a compassionate and skilled nurse who truly made a difference in my father’s care. She handled his PICC line dressing changes and blood draws with such precision and care, ensuring his comfort and safety every time. Beyond her technical expertise, Ashley was always patient and informative, especially when we had concerns about the possibility of transitioning from a PICC line to a PORT. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answering all our questions and easing our worries.
