Hard to tell it all, Ashley is such a wonderful professional, caring for patients and spouses. The hospital staff had a break in communication and sent a patient home by mistake. Ashley went way beyond the call of duty and called the patient's home looking for him and apologized when it wasn't any of her fault. Asked to bring the patient back while encouraging the driver (me) to drive careful it will all work out. She said she was going to come downstairs when we got back to the medical mall to get the patient.
Upon arrival more hospital staff confusion started, so I called her, and "superwoman" came to the rescue. Once again she was humbling herself and apologizing for others. All the time keeping the patient's comfort and anxiety level down which was so appreciated by the patient and spouse. Due to all this and more, she got approval for me to stay with the patient whom by now really needed family support. She communicated and worked so well with other staff on the patient's behalf. I can go on and on about this God-sent an angel during this worldwide stressful virus, but I am so thankful to have met a true hero. Congratulations to your company for employing such a wonderful person. She is truly a great asset to this organization.
