I witnessed Ashley demonstrate complete compassion by staying with a very frail and anxious patient during a procedure. Ashley stayed with the patient for over an hour at the bedside providing comfort by emotionally supporting and just holding the patients hand. Ashley adjusted pain meds, but her emotional support made a fearful scenario much easier.
