WOW! This is the right person for the job! I loved her from the second she walked in with that big smile and warm greeting, and she even used my name. She was just like an old friend before she even engaged in our conversation. She asked me how I enjoyed my stay. We talked about the staff and progressed to friendly talk like old friends.

I appreciated her concerns about making my stay in “her” hospital better. Do her bosses know how good she is at this? Can they hear her pride in this hospital, the nurses, and the doctors? She is a fabulous spokesperson for this hospital.

She is absolutely a team player! I was a principal for “hundreds” of years, and I would hire her on the spot! I always hired the best, so, I know good people. Thank you for being the friendly face at the hospital.
