In May 2023 we made the decision to go to the ER. My husband had 2.5 days of dizziness and vomiting off and on. He has a heart health history and we were concerned. The ER was overly busy that day. After waiting our turn, my husband was taken to a room and Ashley was his assigned nurse. In a situation of nervousness and illness, she came in with a caring, fun, positive attitude. She always put his care first but made us smile. Ashley is a good nurse with vitals and also starting his IV. We were informed of tests and updates of the results. She made sure he was comfortable with a blanket, nurse call, TV and later a sandwich, as we’d passed 2 meals. Ashley helped make our long ER visit bearable and that we’d done the right thing by going in. I love her upbeat caring attitude.
