He came into the hospital in extreme pain. Ashley was the Charge Nurse and advocated for him. When I say this made all of the difference in the world, I am understating how big this was. She was willing to be direct, advocate for his best interests, and not make assumptions. She provided continuity of care from his previous visit and truly made a difference.
