From Patient: You are exceptional because of the over the top care you provided to me while in the ICU after my heart surgery. The night you stayed after your shift to stay with me while I was having my first ever anxiety attack and you called my wife to prepare her for it before she saw me - we will never forget it! We love you like family.



From Team Leader: When you see Ashley she is always smiling. She has a way of finding the positive in any situation. If Ashley doesn't know the answer she will find out who does and follow up. She will be the first one to offer help and jump in when staff need her. Staff members are glad to see Ashley responding to their RRS or code because they know she will manage the situation safely and professionally. You know that when Ashley is working it will be a great day no matter what might happen.
