Ashley is a pleasure to work with. I have observed Ashley caring for her patients. Ashley maintains a professional and soothing demeanor. As a nurse leader who participates in Nurse Leader Rounding, Ashley's patients consistently talk about her friendliness and compassion. It is a pleasure to do Nurse Leader Rounding on patients Ashley has had the opportunity to care for. More than any other nurse on Hv4, Ashley has been mentioned by patients for her compassion even when she is not working when I have rounded. Ashley's patients state that she "cares" and they rarely use the call lights because she's "always around". It is a pleasure to recognize Ashley for this award.
