Ashley Myers 2024, RN

Ever since Ashley has been working in the office, she has exemplified excellence in patient care and for always going above and beyond, making each patient feel like they are the only person that needs to be taken care of and listened to. She always seems to be ready to take calls and handle patient concerns. Ashley always works and collaborates with the other nurses in the two offices to come up with best practices and smoother workflows to make the clinic a better place to work. Length of calls have decreased over the time that she has been working in the office, there are times when I hear her calming and soothing voice making the calls decrease from some 20 or more minutes to under that time. This makes more time to deal with patient care and patient concerns. This increases patient satisfaction and patient return-ability. Please consider this nomination for a clinical RN, as they play an important role in the clinic setting which reflects the entire UCHealth system. This gives patients confidence to return to the UCHealth system because of the care they receive from the ambulatory clinics.
