Ashley was amazing! My dad was very sick, and, in the ICU, she was there the day he had to be intubated and the day following. She also took care of him several days later. Ashley's kind demeanor and knowledge were so reassuring for my family. My mom is non-medical, and Ashley’s kind spirit was so calming; she made my mom feel like my dad was as important as every other patient there. Ashley made my mom feel comfortable knowing that my dad was getting the best care. She was on top of her oral care, two-hour turns, reassuring constantly why he needed sedation and more sedation at times. Each day my mom would say, “Man, Ashley spoiled us; I hope she’s back tomorrow.” There was no doubt that my dad was safe and would be totally taken care of when she was on shift! Any day she took care of him, she was on top of what was going on, and if there were any questions, she’d find the answers for us! Healthcare needs more “Ashleys.” From a medical professional side of health care, Ashley was great not only did she provide the best care he received while being here, but she also is knowledgeable and can relate! She is an outstanding caregiver!
