Ashley Johnson is absolutely amazing with my mother. Mom has dementia and Is currently in the hospital. Ashley not only explained everything every step of the way she talked to my Mother about everything that needed to be done during her stay. Her ability to verbally support mom through her fears and describe things before and as they were happening helped Mom work through her fears along the way with humor and a bright demeanor. I couldn’t be more grateful for her amount of attention and personal interest in doing all she could to make Mom comfortable.

In addition, she worked to support Mom during an extremely hard sundowners evening when I was not able to be at the hospital with her for a time. Reaching out to the family so we could work with Mom by phone. Ashley is a wonderful representative of the quality nurses we have come to depend on at Maple Grove hospital - she is a shining star in her profession.
