I was at the doorway looking for assistance for my mother-in-law who had an accident in her bed when I saw Ashley. Ashley immediately came in assisted my mother-in-law. She showed care, kindness, and compassion and also respected her dignity while changing her and cleaning her up. She warmed her up with a warm blanket and wiped her face and ensured us that the new pulse ox was working. She has a sweet personality and provided such quality care. Thank you, Ashley!
