I Just wanted to take a moment to applaud Ashley Osby's great management of a shared patient this week. We had a non-English speaking patient having a miscarriage. Ashley went above and beyond to care for and show compassion to this lady and her spouse. They wanted to see their baby and she was completely professional in obtaining blankets from OB and preparing the baby for a moment with parents. She took extra time to ensure she had the correct interpreter in order for the patient to best understand her follow up instructions. She totally blew it out of the water. So glad she was the nurse for this lady!!
