This student is an outstanding RN student who consistently demonstrates exceptional knowledge and a deep commitment to patient care. She actively engages in clinical discussions, asking insightful questions that enhance learning for both herself and her peers. Her professionalism is evident in her interactions with both patients and colleagues; she supports her fellow students and readily shares her expertise to foster a collaborative learning environment. She was always willing to listen to SBAR and gave good feedback. She assisted another student to work with IV pumps. Moreover, this student is a passionate patient advocate, always attentive to her patients' needs, ensuring they receive compassionate care and appropriate interventions. She never showed bias for any of the patients, even if they spoke another language and were undocumented. Her dedication, clinical experiences, and supportive attitude make her a true DAISY Honoree.
