Ashley Pokorney, RN

Ashley Pokorney was named the inaugural Honoree of The DAISY Award and was recently recognized by leaders and colleagues. Her nomination read in part that Ashley went above and beyond to provide comfort, care, and compassion during a patient's delivery, and it was the best experience the patient ever had. Additional statements noted that Ashley stayed and assisted during a busy morning to make sure the NICU team arrived before a preterm baby was born.
