Ashley was a nurse assigned to care for my mother during the first two days after her stroke. Although Ashley is a relatively new RN graduate of York College, she was very kind, gentle, and helpful. She relayed important information to the doctors who were providing care to my mother, even though I had difficulty getting the doctors to call or talk to me. She sensed my frustration but kept her composure, responded professionally, and served as a great patient advocate.
