Ashley Rose, RN, BSN

Ashley’s level of compassion, knowledge, and care goes above and beyond every single shift. She always brings compassion and expertise into the room every time. Ashley came in, answered questions, and was always a step ahead helping us to prepare for what was to come next on our journey. We felt prepared and confident during discharge because of her encouragement and preparation with us. Ashley became our family advocate during the discharge process. Thank you, Ashley, for being such an awesome nurse! You have our hearts.

P.S. – We also want to acknowledge how Ashley spoke to her co-workers who came into the room. No matter the department, she was always respectful and demonstrated the IU Health culture. During our entire hospital stay with IU Health, we were treated like friends or family members, unlike our hospital stay near our hometown. IU Health makes our visits a little brighter, and Ashley is a shining star. Very refreshing.
