Ashley is compassionate and caring and always goes above and beyond for her patients. One occasion there was an elderly patient who had a difficult home situation and was malnourished. The patient lived alone, was hard of hearing, and had vision problems. She stated she was unable to cook for herself and therefore did not eat much. Ashley immediately got in contact with care coordination and social work to make arrangements for her. When this patient was discharged Ashley got the patient's address and with permission from the patient, made arrangements to deliver meals to her home. The patient was grateful for such a selfless act.
