Ashley Schulte RN, came in on her day off to help with a patient who is autistic. Ashley chose to come in and see if she could help comfort the patient. Ashley's compassion is extraordinary. Ashley has three autistic children and wanted to use her knowledge to help provide the best care to the patient and to help the staff gain better knowledge of the patient with autism. I believe Ashley deserves this recognition for her amazing work!
