Ashley consistently gives of her time to help other departments and peers.

Most recently she started a sign-up sheet for peers to pick up hours when a co-worker needed time off due to a death in the family.

She always works with a smile and “can do” attitude.

She brings departments together.

She recognizes the small changes in a patient’s condition and that makes a big difference and demonstrates her passion for nursing.

Recently a CVA patient was able to finally grip with his hand. Ashley was beaming when she said, “He really made my day.”

Ashley makes a lot of our days brighter with this attitude.
