Ashley T Bower, RN

A few weeks ago, we had an elderly patient and his wife, both aged 84 and with walkers, arrive at the wrong location for their appointment. They were directed to the correct location for the appointment, which was at our CNRV hospital location. This location is on the 3rd floor, accessible via two long hallways. After the appointment, Ashley helped them downstairs to the entrance to leave, and the patient stated that was not where they parked, and they had parked outside the main entrance. It was a very cold and windy day. Ashley offered to go get their car and drive it around to them, so they could wait inside in the heat. The patient gave her his keys, and she walked to the other side of the building and brought their car around for them, so they didn't have to walk far with their walkers or in the cold weather.

Ashley is a top-notch nurse who always shows compassion to her patients and looks for ways to help them. We are so lucky to have her on our team!
