Ashley is a dialysis nurse, but she does not draw the line there. Ashley is always seeking to meet patient needs. She is the dialysis nurse that I look forward to seeing. I never have to be concerned about a patient that she is dialyzing. I would trust her if I or my family were hooked to her machine. Ashley does not limit the excellent care she provides to only the dialysis patients. She is willing to answer call lights and meet any patient needs that are presented to her. Ashley does not seek recognition for providing the best care available. She simply sees a need and meets it.
