I have been very down and alone through my hospital journey, and Ashley gave me hope and helped me center my mind. I have substance abuse issues on top of the medical reasons I am here and Ashley helped me by talking to me and reminding me of the reasons I have to fight addiction such as getting back to my kids and learning to care about myself again. She took the time to print off recovery worksheets to help me focus on my recovery. None of which is in her job duties, yet she cared enough to go above and beyond what she needed to do. She helped me stay strong through my struggles here and I am beyond grateful for her kindness.
