Ashley Tinelli, RN

As a new Charge Nurse, Ashley has gone above and beyond in her leadership position by recognizing staff during her patient rounds. Ashley pays attention to details and is already proving to be an extraordinary asset to the 4N/S Zion leadership team. Ashley is able to jump into any situation and take charge with little or no guidance fully using the tools provided to her through KP's Principles of Responsibilities. Ashley always comes to work with a positive attitude and willingness to perform and provide excellent care and leadership to not only the staff but to KP members and families. Ashley is dedicated to maintaining amazing working relationships. She has a full understanding of the additional needs of the unit and staff while meeting those expectations. It is obvious Ashley refuses to accept anything less than the best. Ashley acts with truthful and honest intent. The leadership of 4N/S is honored that she is a part of our Team!
