I have had the privilege of working with MAJ Torrence and have witnessed first-hand her dedication to ethical nursing and leadership. For example, she presents at conferences, like the Pacific Regional 38th Parallel Training Healthcare Symposium which produces Continuing Nurse Education (CNE) credits, and hospital nurse skills fairs that promote Individual Critical Task List (ICTL) competencies. As an ALS Program Director, MAJ Torrence ensured healthcare staff received the training and support needed to succeed in their respective roles.
