July 2010 Honoree
ashley voight, RN
Nominated by a patient's daughter, an RN:
My mother was admitted to TMC and spent a few days in ICU in critical condition. When she was transferred to rm 521 Ashley was her nurse every day. She provided constant compassionate care and was so kind and reassuring. Some family members were quite anxious and verbal but Ashley remained calm and always had a smile, no matter what. She worked over on shifts, making sure mother was comfortable. I've been an RN for 29 years and Ashley is what being a Nurse is all about. We will never forget Ashley.

Thank you, Ashley, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
