Ashley's nomination came from a very grateful patient:
On her dinner break, Ashley took personal time to stop in and check on me. I had been having a rough time breathing that day. Ashley is very friendly, attentive, and concerned about her patients. She goes above and beyond her duties. She always stops and asks if she can do anything for me, even when she is checking on other patients. She is very gentle when doing any procedures. She is one of the best nurses I've ever had to take care of me. She deserves to be recognized for her wonderful work.
