Ashley deserves a standing ovation. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help my aunt. My aunt was admitted to the ER for the 3rd time in one month. We were overcome with frustration and uncertainty, defeated since we did not receive the help we previously needed, but Ashley, the moment she arrived on scene immediately stepped up. Her unwavering commitment to provide us the information we needed and to advocate effectively for us to get my aunt into OPS and then effectively get her the procedure she needed. Throughout the entire ordeal, Ashley exhibited unparalleled skill and quick thinking. Her ability to remain calm under pressure, coupled with her kindness and extensive medical operational knowledge to get us the care we needed is nothing short of remarkable. She put her patients' needs FIRST. She promptly got us answers and took the time to thoroughly explain our options, procedures and expectations, ensuring that my aunt and me understood the situation and how to effectively manage and be reassured. Ashley not only attended to my aunt's medical needs with precision and care but also offered genuine empathy, kindness, and emotional support. We felt taken care of medically and personally. We were treated with respect and medical care. She went above and beyond her duties to visit us in the OPS wing, tirelessly monitoring my aunt's condition and advocating for her wellbeing.
