In 2020 I suffered a heart attack and was rushed to PRH. Ashley was my nurse both before and immediately after my surgery. I remember her kind and caring eyes were my first sight upon waking from the operation. I felt so comfortable and confident with her care for me. I remember watching how efficiently she moved through the unit to help all patients under her care yet she was always there if I needed anything. In the middle of a pandemic, I could not have visitors but she filled the void as we shared stories of our families. I could see how proud she was of her children and husband. She went over and above every day to provide the best care possible for all of her patients. Because of her compassion, skills, expertise, and wonderful care for me I am now on the road to a full recovery thanks to this wonderful lady.
