Ashley Wells, RN

In the emergency room, we see every acuity of patient and sometimes end up with all ICU level patients at the same time. Today was one of those days for Ashley. She handled an aortic dissection, multiple hypotensive patients on pressors, and also a patient with wounds/osteomyelitis. She worked her rooms like Tetris and managed to still be a teammate to her fellow nurses. She stayed positive and didn't let herself get down even when it was critical patient after critical patient. This may sound like a day in the life of an ED RN, and it is, but Ashley always goes above and beyond for her patients and her teammates and today was one of those days. Thanks, Ashley!
