Went out of her way to give the best possible birth experience by creating a birth plan and holding other staff accountable to following our birth plan. Ashlie is a motivated and compassionate WC nurse. She is dedicated to providing the very best experience for her patients and goes the extra mile to ensure they are well-informed and feel supported. To that end, she has revived and teaches our childbirth classes post-COVID. She developed and implemented an updated curriculum and consistently receives very positive feedback. Ashlie offers new ideas and is quick to create helpful guides for students or the department. She is eager to learn and share new knowledge with others. We are proud to have her on our team.
