This Professor has by far been one of the best professors I have encountered during the nursing program so far. Her leadership during my clinical is phenomenal. She gives us some freedom while also guiding us through this difficult clinical semester. When passing medications with her, I felt comfortable even though it was my first time ever giving any sort of IV medications. She guided me through the process and demonstrated a lot of patience with me. She did not make me feel like I was dumb or slow. She walked me through the process, step by step, all while making me feel confident in myself. As a nursing student, it is hard not to feel like a nuisance, but this person has never made me feel that way. I am comfortable asking her all the questions I have because she is so ready to explain and teach things to us. Her confidence and leadership are admirable. She embodies the nurse I want to be in the future.
