Ashlynn Reynolds, RN

I want to nominate Ashlynn for EVERYTHING!! The first part of this morning, she had a very challenging patient with an emergent, life-threatening condition. She showed resilience and complete attention to the patient and family's needs and administered care promptly without showing she was rattled by the challenges. She even circled back with one of the family members in the waiting room who was waiting on a ride. She showed great compassion toward this family member who had been extremely alarmed and helped deescalate their anxiety. She showed the love of JESUS.
